I quickly learned that you still use this as a shovel, you just don’t have to lift the snow away. It does an excellent job of removing the bulk of the snow. Then I went back with a regular shovel to get the thin surface layer that it left. Well worth the money!

Purchased in November but didn't get to use until January due to lack of snow. This was purchased to use on a 12 x 48 deck thinking the cordless shovel would move the snow further away from the deck that is 10 foot off the ground. First problem was the lack of direction for the snow to go. 10 degrees to either side just isn't enough direction. 2nd was the power available. It kept stalling due to the snow condition which had been wind packed. 3rd was the problem of holding the trigger with one hand when it's -25 below. 4th was the 12" width made it a very slow process and more work that using a plastic snow shovel. I appreciate the opportunity to return the product to Amazon with their gift extension for the holidays.

I've upgraded my rating as the company has gone above and beyond expectations to make a happy customer. In this age, companies don't seem to care as a rule so it's an extreme pleasure when it happens. I would be pleased to do business with this company any time. They deserve our business.

1-19-24 I've had a chance to use the cordless shovel in better snow conditions. We received 4-6" of lighter snow that wasn't wind packed and I did some experimenting with the shovel. It cleared about 75% of the 12 x 48' deck when the battery died. I found better ways to handle the shovel and still keep the trigger engaged. It worked much better than previously due to better snow conditions and operator improvement.

This snow shovel is surprisingly handy. It shoots snow pretty far. It seems like the more snow you get in it the further it shoots so push faster to get it to go further.
I like that it’s lightweight and very simple to use. There is really only one button and a switch to change directions of the snow. The battery also lasts a long time. I was able to do my very large driveway with battery life to spare. I was really impressed by this shovel.
I have only used it in a few inches of snow, not sure how it would handle really deep snow.

This was the biggest questioned I had once the product arrived on time and after reading the owners manual it does mentioned twice not to use it on a gravel drive way . Even though the box and write up on on Amazon say that its safe to use on a gravel drive way . Another part in the owners manual mentions that there is a adjustment you can make to use it on one but doesnt provide any instructions on how to do it . I did go ahead and use it on our drive way which is gravel but packed down in most areas and others parts there is no garvel at all . Use common sense when operating the shovel it does through loose rocks .The chute director were snow is discharged does work great . Dont direct it towards house window ,cars or other people for that reason. Like a snow blower it does spray snow and you will at times get covered with snow dust .
Ease of use it does fairly well at performing like the description says I am in my fifites and I enjoy using it ,my mom also use it as well . It is well designed the weight is about right as well . It is not labor intentsive like a regular snow shovel. The shovel was easy to assemble and well packaged . It will definately handle up to 7 inches of snow would suggest removing it in layers rather than 1 pass.
The last thing to mentioned is the batteries I ordered two extra . The batteries I think are supposed to last up to 45 minutes or so with a full charge this seems to be fairly accurate as well .It is not uncommon to use two batteries for our drive way . At times we have 2 additinal regular snow shovels going as well. The drive way is good sized and can park up to 5 vehicles . I live in New York State.
I would definately reccommend the electric powered snow shovel to those considering purchasing one but the questioned still remains .Thanks for reading the review I hope you find it helpful .

All I kept thinking about is shoveling the snow all winter! Then, ta day I find this cordless snow shovel!!!! I'm in luv. It does the work for me with less effort and I get done alone sooner. I won't try it with the ice built up cuz I got a hammer for that!!! Until I move back south this is a great shovel . Thx

I like how it helped me be done with my driveway in less than a hour. Where it would take me an hour or more. I think the battery lasted about 30 min which was enough. I then was able to go over it with a regular shovel. Job was done a little under an hour. Did not like how there was not a switch to keep plower going, also sometimes difficult to press button over to push the main button to start. Hand would get tired holding the trigger for it to be able to keep it running.

We live in Colorado and are both older and it's been more and more difficult to shovel the snow. I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift and it has been amazing! I think he's almost wishing for it to snow so he can get out there and use this every day! Would recommend.

I received a clearly used product in the mail. Was unhappy about it. Customer service reached out to me and offered to send a replacement. Communication was professional, and shipping was fast. My experience was a very positive one! I am happy to use my new product. Assembly was easy, battery lasts me an hour on a single driveway, and the blades throw snow like a champion. Update: Received 5-7 in. here in the midwest and this machine plowed through.

Bought this for the coming winters for our new house. It’s well made and easy to assemble with only two steps to set it up for use by joining the folded part with the knob provided, then adjust the handle to personal preference.
It’s nice that the battery has percentage indicator, and the charger has red/green light to show when it’s done charging. It spins fast and sturdily when running.
Overall I really like that it’s cordless yet powerful, which makes it more convenient to remove the snow on the pathway.

Got this snow shovel sometime back and the assembly and working is easy enough. Its handle is able to be connected with the main shovel piece such that it can be adjusted to suit different heights such that I myself 6 feet tall can adjust it to suit my height and my wife 5"3 can adjust it to suit her height and we both can plough through the ice in winters without impacting our backs.

In regards to the quality of materials used, some extremely robust materials have been used to manufacture this entire unit of snow shovel especially the main shovel structure along with auxiliary handle part as well. The grip on top of the holding area is able to facilitate holding it for extended period of time and avoids generating sweat when holding it for long which we liked a lot about this particular product. Also, there is a dual safety switch provided in that area as well which ensures that this device does not simply start up due to any accidental pressing of start button and this is a good security feature in this product we felt.

In regards to power of the product, while there is no snow available to plough through in the current September month but we did use this product to plough through heap of sand in our backyard to check its ploughing capabilities and we were astonished as how effortlessly this shovel was able to plough through it. Very strong power was generated from the rechargeable battery when using it and was able to seamlessly plough through the sand based on which we are sure that it should effortlessly plough through snow in the upcoming winter season. We even poured some sand near our front steps and this shovel was able to plough it easily which means it is able to remove snow from corners and edges areas come the winter time.

Talking about battery, the battery is compact rechargeable battery which came with a charging adapter and at its full capacity, the battery is lasting somewhere around half an hour or so. And even when the battery is installed on the snow shovel, the overall weight of the product is very reasonable to hold it without fuss and get the ploughing job done with minimalist effort which is a feature we liked as well. While charging, it has the Red and Green color led indicator to facilitate to the user whether the battery is fully charged or not which is a good visual feature provided by the manufacturer.

The dual curved blade of this snow shovel is designed meticulously to get maximum snow removed while running through lumps of snow during winters and we give kudos to the design and engineering team of the manufacturer to put solid emphasis on efficient design which can give maximum output while using the battery power. And of-course running on the battery and not on gas means tons of savings in long run for me and my family while using this product.

Lastly, from the storage perspective, this entire device can be stored as a single unit easily inside the garage corner on hooks or the shovel part can be disassembled from the holding auxiliary handle and both can be stored separately but near each other especially the auxiliary handle which can be hanged to screws on walls of garage and that is what we are doing. The orange and black color combo is easy on eyes and brings good aesthetic value to product.

Overall a good 1 time investment and for its robust motor which is capable of ploughing through massive blocks of snow and its ergonomic design which helps people of different heights use it without impacting their back, this products gets all the love from me and my family and has our approval.
