We have two corgis that shed like no ones business. Everyone in the household has different allergies. I tend to replace these every 3 months, I prefer every 2 but often forget. The stores don't always carry this size in the mpr size I prefer. Works well and catch a lot of funk that would otherwise be breathing in.

Great filter. After speaking with the HVAC specialist that services my system I feel comfortable using the 1000 as it balances air flow and cleanliness.
Pros
-collects dust, dander and cat hair (3cats)
-lasts anywhere between 2-3 months
-arrow clearly indicates which direction to place tge filter (arrow towards furnance)
Cons
-filters are not individually wrapped (unused filters are stored in the garage where they can get dirty prior to use)

Fits as expected and catches a lot of debri - I will continue to buy. Used for a month and filter is full already.. yikes.
