When you have a battery and blade installed it won't stand on end due to it's ergonomic design but love it because I don't have to drag a cord around anymore.

I have used a few other one-handed reciprocating saws in the past. This one feels the smoothest by far. It might not be quite the most powerful as a consequence, but I got this mostly for cutting pvc in the plumbing work that I do, and I appreciate the cleaner cuts more that the few seconds or fractions of a second of cutting time lost.

Also, for some reason, the orange store wants to charge about fifty dollars more for this tool than offered here and they wont price match. Their loss I guess.

I have been wanting one of these saws for years. I saw this at Home Depot for $199.00. Then went to Amazon and bought it on the spot for $159.00.
I wanted Dewalt because I already own other tools that use the same battery.
I'm an older Electrician, and I will never go back to using a hacksaw ever again. I put it to the test and after installing 200' of conduit I've never been happier with a new tool as I am with this one.

Small, but mighty. It can and will cut 6 in schedule 40 PVC pipe if you know how to cut.

I work as a commercial/residential plumber and a five amp hour battery usually lasts at least 3-4 days sometimes a whole week before I have to charge it. Doing 4-5 buildings a week.

I almost got the saw just above it and happy I didn't it's great for those one hand job and I have a 5ah battery on it and it last me all day I love this little saw

La use para cortar tubo de pvc y galvanizado de diámetro 2 sin problemas además de una pieza de aluminio. Y todo eso con la hoja que trae el paquete. Recomendada

It’s a versatile tool for cuttting in small spaces where is not possible use another tool.. Confortable to use because is one handed operated it allows to get the material with the other hand.
